Investment process
Listed below, you will find the individual steps which lead to an investment by KlimaINVEST:
Step 1: Company/project profile
Send us a company presentation, teaser or pitchbook.
Step 2: Analysis and feedback
After we receive your information, we will send you a short confirmation Email. After two to three weeks we will let you know if your venture fits our investment profile and wheteher we are going to continue our screening process.
Step 3: Thorough screening
If we reach a positive decision during the second step reaches, we start investigating the project further and request a detailed business plan and financial plan from you. Concurrently, we contact and invite you to a management presentation in our offices.
Step 4: Due Diligence
If the positive impression of your venture continues through the third step of our process, we initiate a Letter of Intent and start our legal and financial due diligence process.
Step 5: Contract
After our due diligence process, we outline the details and terms of our investment decision in corresponding contracts. After finalizing and executing all necessary legal documents, the agreed upon funds will be transferred.
